What kind of support are you looking for right now?

How Craniosacral Therapy can help you.

With over 7 years of experience practicing, learning and teaching Craniosacral Therapy, I have a good sense of the variety of conditions that can be helped by this work.

Something’s been bugging you and you’re looking for new help — physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, etc. — or a better connection between you and your body.

Craniosacral care can be used continually to balance out the stress of daily life. Some use it in collaboration with other forms of therapy and wellness practices.

First time clients: contact me directly. I can usually see you at my Eastlake office within a week.

About Hillary Tinapple LMT CST

Professional Craniosacral Therapy

I’ve been a Massage Therapist since 2009. Craniosacral Therapy quickly became my specialty after discovering its profound effects on me.

I am fortunate to have been trained and certified in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, having attained all of my 840 hours of Craniosacral continuing education from teachers who worked directly under the developer Dr. John E. Upledger — a biochemist and osteopathic physician who led interdisciplinary academic research on the existence and influence of the craniosacral system.

More recently I have been informed by the physiology of trauma (Dr. Levine, Dr. Porges, Dr. Siegel) and I’ve participated in the care of concussion and post-concussion syndrome, traumatic brain injury (TBI), PTSD and other complex neurological conditions.

In my free time I’m often reading or spending time outdoors.

You should know that my Craniosacral Therapy practice is my dream job.
I enjoy helping others create the change they’re looking for. If you notice a resonance, please get in touch for your first appointment.

Thanks for visiting.
