About Hillary Tinapple LMT CST
Professional Craniosacral Therapy in Seattle, Washington
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Craniosacral Therapy is the sole treatment modality I employ.
I’ve been in the arena of professional massage since 2009, but I’ve wanted to specialize in Craniosacral work ever since I discovered its profound effects on me. This kind of touch is precise yet nonintrusive, with a goal of helping the body return to its own place of balance.
There are a variety of styles of Craniosacral Therapy, but all are rooted in the principles of its osteopathic founders. I am fortunate to have been trained and certified in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, having attained all of my 840 hours of continuing education from teachers who worked directly under the developer Dr. John E. Upledger.
More recently I have been informed by the physiology of trauma (Dr. Levine, Dr. Porges, Dr. Siegel) and I’ve participated in the care of concussion, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and other complex neurological conditions.
In my free time I’m often reading or spending time outdoors.
You should know that my Craniosacral Therapy practice is my dream job.
I enjoy helping others create the change they’re looking for. If you notice a resonance, please get in touch for your first appointment.
